From the Web to Your Screen
Every article goes through a 5-step pipeline before it appears in your feed.
1. Collect
Articles are gathered daily from Hacker News, Reddit, InfoQ, and curated tech blogs.
2. Classify
Each article is automatically tagged to a topic — Go, AI, LLM, Java, and more.
3. Score
Our AI model evaluates relevance, depth, and quality, assigning a score to each article.
4. Filter
Only articles that pass the quality threshold make it to the feed list.
5. Serve
The latest 2–3 days of curated articles are served to you — fresh, relevant, noise-free.

Instead of a single endless stream, feeds are split into focused topics. Each topic has its own curated list updated every day.
You can also subscribe to topics so the sidebar only shows the topics you care about — and you receive a daily email digest for those topics.

How does the AI scoring work?
Each article is evaluated by an AI model that considers factors such as topic relevance, content depth, writing quality, and community engagement signals. Articles below the quality threshold are filtered out before reaching the feed.
Is Clean Reader Mode free?
Clean reader mode is available to all registered users at no cost. You just need a free account to use it. Sign in with GitHub, Google, or Weibo.
What languages are supported in reader mode?
English is the default. AI-powered Chinese (Simplified) translations are available for many articles. More languages may be added over time.
Can I submit articles to the feed?
Yes. Paste any URL into the submit bar at the top of the feed page. Our AI agent will evaluate the article. If it passes the quality threshold and matches a topic, it will be added to the public feed. Either way, it will be saved to your personal feed list for reading.
