Everybody knows that China is a big potential market. China is the biggest market of iOS devices. Currently for iOS devices, the market in North America is almost saturated, while Asia market especially China has a very big capacity for iOS devices. Tim Cook has noticed this trend. So his newly released iOS6 has showed his preference for Chinese market.

The new features added to iOS6 for supporting Chinese are : With improved text input and built-in support for popular Chinese Internet services, iOS 6 makes iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch even better for Chinese-speaking users. With a new Chinese dictionary and improved text input, typing in Chinese is easier, faster, and more accurate. You can mix full and abbreviated Pinyin and even type English words in a Pinyin sentence without switching keyboards. With support for over 30,000 characters, iOS 6 more than doubles the number of Chinese characters supported in handwriting recognition. And when you add words to your personal dictionary, iCloud makes them available on all your devices. Baidu is a built-in option in Safari, and you can share videos directly to Youku and Tudou. You can also post to Sina Weibo from Camera, Photos, Maps, Safari, and Game Center.

In contrast, some IT giants such as Google, Facebook and Twitter still cannot fully adapt to Chinese's requirements. Apple has obvious advantages over these companies because what Apple provides will not threaten the Chinese government, they just provide software and services, not uncensored sensitive contents to Chinese, so the Chinese government has no reason to stop Apple.

Tim Cook can beat Google in China, here Google has many competitors, while these competitors are willing to cooperate with Apple, many Chinese users and developers are also happy to see that Apple get into Chinese market. Apple is ready for entering China.

The war between Apple and Google is truly on. Apple says goodbye to Google.
