The good news is you will not get annoying notification from Microsoft anymore to ask you to upgrade your IE. But the bad news users will be exposed to more and more security vulnerabilities if continuing to use the old versions of IE. Microsoft is currently promoting its new next generation web browser Edge, which was released along with the release of Windows 10. With this, Microsoft can focus its resource on developing more promising products.
According to statistic from NetMarketShare, IE 8, IE9 and IE10 take 19.8% market share in December 2015.
